このperl拡張はIDEAブロック暗号アルゴリズムの実装です。
モジュールはCrypt::BlockCipherインターフェースを実装し、以下のメソッドを
持ちます。

=over 4

=item blocksize

暗号ブロックの大きさ(バイト数)を返します。

=item keysize

キーサイズ(バイト数)を返します。

=item new

    my $cipher = new IDEA $key;

$keyを使って、新しいIDEA BlockCipherオブジェクトを作成します。
$keyのところにはC<keysize()>バイトのキーになります。

=item encrypt

    my $cipher = new IDEA $key;
    my $ciphertext = $cipher->encrypt($plaintext);

この関数は$plaintextを暗号化し、$ciphertextを返します。
$plaintextと$ciphertextはC<blocksize()>バイトになるはずです。

=item decrypt

    my $cipher = new IDEA $key;
    my $plaintext = $cipher->decrypt($ciphertext);

この関数は$ciphertextを復号化し、$plaintextを返します。
$plaintextと$ciphertextはC<blocksize()>バイトになるはずです。
